today in Chattanooga while trying to protect our citizens from terrorism.
Chattanooga, TN Shootout finally has ended after a day of terror.
All day long the media reports dramatic happenings of
the shootings and lock downs as they unfold. They inadvertently
create fear in the name of providing news yet they provide
very little helpful information. They could easily be broadcasting
helpful information to all of us watching and those involved in the
lock downs.

Active Shooter Survival SPECIFICS that I (Debbie Herbert Gardner) wish was clearly
stated in the HOMELAND SECURITY training:
CONTROL YOURSELF:
1) Belly BREATHE... this moves AIR to break your "freeze" and stabilize;
2) GRIP something... this circulates BLOOD away from your pounding heart:
3) Visualize LOVED ones... they are your REASON to survive-it's Family Defense-you're going home!
(All successful athletes... BREATHE-GRIP-FOCUS... seconds before performance!
Same process needed to "calm down" for crime survival!)
DEADLY "FIGHT" SPECIFICS - If you are "lucky" to be close to shooter:
1) GRAB/MOVE gun BARREL - away from your KILL ZONE (head/neck/chest)
You'll likely be burned or injured doing this...odds are trigger is pulled.
2) Strike shooter's THROAT - use FLAT hand in "L" position or hit with a gripped
object like your cell phone, water bottle.
Literally...WINNER is the one who is BREATHING in the end!

Nice people can do this! So can their mature kids!

right to own guns to protect ourselves, our families and our property from thugs, thieves,
terrorists and even our own government if necessary. To remain independent and free people
